The group arose in February 1974 in Nowy Targ (Poland). After a few months of rehearsals, the debut of the group took place in the Community Centre in Nowy Targ on 11th December, 1974. The first success was the honourable mention in 1975 at the Festival of Polish Highlanders Folklore in Zywiec. In 1976 in Zywiec the group won the 1st prize and it let them participate in the International Festival of Highlands Folklore in Zakopane where they won the 2nd prize "Silver Axe". During 25 years of activity, the group took part in a lot of folk festivals and other performances in Poland and abroad, was rewarded many times, has got numerous honourable mentions and diplomas. The group performed more than 450 times on a stage. The first journey abroad was the Folk Festival in Austria in 1976, the group went abroad 32 times to: Germany, Czech Republic, France, Norwey, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Lithuania and thanks to the collaboration of two friendly "twin towns" - Nowy Targand Roverbella - the group performed also in Italy in 1994 and 1995. lively folklore of highlanders in the region of Podhale. Many different programmes have been shown so far, among others: "Highlanders Wedding", "On a Clearing" but nowadays the programme consists of artistic worked out group dances, solo dances, "shepherds" and "robbers" dances and young highlanders plays. |

Germania, Repubblica Ceca, Francia, Norvegia, Ungheria, Bulgaria, Repubblica Slovacca, Lituania. Grazie a un "gemellaggio", tra due le cittą di Nowy Targ e Roverbella, il gruppo ha compiuto due turnee anche in Italia , nel 1994 e 1995. Il gruppo esegue musica, canta, balla secondo le tradizioni, il dialetto indossando i costumi tradizionali dei montanari della regione di Podhale. Molte le rappresentazioni tradizionali presentate fino ad ora , fra le altre: "Matrimonio dei Montanari","Su nella radura ".Oggi i programmi consistono in: balli di gruppo elaborati artisticamente, assolo di balli , danza dei "pastori" e dei "briganti" i giochi dei giovani montanari. |

Il
gruppo č nato nel febbraio del 1974 a Nowy Targ
(Polonia) . Dopo pochi mesi di prove , il debutto,
avvenuto nel Centro Comunitario di Nowy Targ l'11
dicembre, 1974. Il primo successo, una mensione di merito
nel 1975 alla Festa del Folklore dei Montanari Polacchi
nella cittą di Zywiec. Nel 1976 ancora a Zywiec il
gruppo ha vinto il 1° premio e gli ha permesso di
partecipare alla Festa Internazionale del Folklore degli
Altopiani di Zakopane dove ha vinto il 2° premio :
"l'Ascia dell'Argento". Durante 25 anni di
attivitą, il gruppo ha preso parte a molte feste
popolari e ad altri spettacoli in Polonia ed all'estero,
ha ricevuto numerose mensioni, riconoscimenti e diplomi.
Il gruppo si č esibito pił di 450 volte su di un
palcoscenico. Esordio all'estero alla Festa del Popolo,
in Austria nel 1976 e successivamente, altre 32 volte :
